Welcome to Rima, where we - Karl, Soraya, and Oliver - extend the comfort of our home to you. The restaurant is named after Soraya's beloved mother, and it is a continuation of our family traditions. Rima is modelled after a Lebanese home where our favorite cooking resides.

Rustic and familiar, Lebanese cuisine has stood the test of time. From its home in the Eastern Mediterranean it has spread far and wide in recent years. However, in a culture where East meets West and the traditional marries the modern, there has been a reluctance to innovate. Our aim of paying respect to the classics while innovating and infusing our spirit into the dishes gave birth to Rima.

As three Lebanese individuals who found themselves far from their homeland, Barcelona embraced us just as warmly as we embraced the city. This eclectic city has proven to be the inspiration we needed to start this new project with a truly Mediterranean soul. Welcome home!
